St. Patty’s Bailey’s Mint Shake

A fun concoction using Bailey’s Limited Edition Vanilla Mint Shake!

Being 1/16th Irish, I always need to come up with a fun way to celebrate St. Patty’s Day. This year, we are doing a boozy mint shake! Follow along for an ingredients list and step-by-step instructions on how to make this delicious treat. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

Tools/Glassware:

  • Blender

  • Grater

  • Ice Cream Scooper

  • Short Glass

  • Straw

Step 1: Get all of your ingredients together. And yes, I did in fact pick out the green and white sprinkles from my Christmas sprinkles like a psycho.

Step 2: Defrost your ice cream (vegan ice cream needs to sit out for a little bit), warm up your syrup if needed, portion out chocolate chips and shavings, and wash your mint garnish.

Step 3: Scoop out about 5 scoops of ice cream and 6 tbsp of Bailey’s (yes, they will be strong). I know it looks like ~3 scoops here, but I ended up adding more to fill the glass. Add extra chocolate chips in if you desire! Blend for about 25 seconds or so!

Step 4: Drizzle the inside of your glass with chocolate syrup and pour in your beautiful blended shake!

Step 5: Garnish time! The Whip Shots bottle requires you to slap it and shake upside down for ~30 seconds. Add on as much whip as you please, add your mint garnish, sprinkles, chocolate chips, chocolate shavings, and straw (yes, I know I made a complete mess).

And voila! Enjoy this delicious and boozy treat (quickly, before it melts) on this magnificent St. Patty’s holiday. Cheers!
