We all love the DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon, but I have recently become a great fan of the Pessimist by DAOU. It is a gorgeous deep ruby and purple color. Its nose is beautiful with black fruit, black pepper, leather, meat, and forest floor. It is high in tannins, alcohol, and acid with a smooth, long finish. It has been a favorite during this LA winter!
