I had not tasted any wines from Greece during my wine certifications, so I was curious to see what this wine would taste like. I was pleasantly surprised with this one, and it is definitely a must try for my readers! It is made of 100% Assyrtiko grapes, and a beautiful lemon color. There is stone fruit, vegetal, citrus, creaminess, and minerality with a dryness on the palate and long, acidic finish. This is one to keep in stock with summer approaching!
