Lillet Rose Spritz
A more original order for those bored of Negroni Spagliatto’s with Prosecco
Lillet is one of my favorite liquors, and I recently decided to get more versatile with my Lillet Rose. A spritz is so easy to make, and a perfect refreshing cocktail day or night. As you’ll find with most of my cocktail recipes, I never give exact measurements but instead approximate percentages. I believe every person’s taste buds and preferences are different. Some prefer less alcohol, some want a stiff drink, some like very sweet, and some keep it bitter. The percentages are there to give an idea of what a typical recipe would comprise of, but allows room to make it your own.
40% Lillet Rose
60% Grapefruit Sparkling
Ice
Fruit Slice: Grapefruit, Orange, Strawberry, and/or Lime
Optional: Sprig of Thyme
Stir and that’s it! Enjoy!
